Perry Outreach Program- Detroit, MI

We are pleased to announce a Perry Outreach Program in Detroit, MI which will take place at Henry Ford Health System on December 3, 2022.  Institutional COVID-19 protocols will be observed at the time of the program.

We will be holding our POP event for high school students in the greater Detroit area. Students, who gender-identify as women or nonbinary, in grades 10 and up who are interested in exploring careers in orthopaedics or engineering are encouraged to apply. In addition to six hands-on mock surgical exercises, participants will hear lectures from local women surgeons and engineers.

We are accepting online applications for this event until the application deadline of November 3, 2022.
