RJOS luncheon
This spring, Dr. Lattanza had the honor of presenting the Perry Initiative at the 2010 Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society Luncheon. Predominate female surgeons, orthopeadic residents, and aspiring medical students attend the yearly meeting of the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society to promote the advancement of women in orthopaedics. Among the audience was Dr. Jacquelin Perry, Dr. Lattanza’s mentor and the namesake of the Perry Initiative.
Dr. Lattanza’s presentation was successful in generating interest in the Perry Initiative at a national level and sparked the development of several satellite programs.
